Bowtie Pasta with chicken, red and green
bell peppers, fresh basil, and almonds
tossed in a mayo and paprika dressing.

Chicken Oriental
Spaghetti with chicken, red and green bell
peppers, baby corn, julienne carrots, and
peas tossed in a mayo and sesame oil
dressing sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Mediterranean
Linguini with roasted red bell peppers,
parsley, Greek olives, and capers tossed in
a garlic Parmesan dressing.

Cheese Tortellini
Cheese filled tortellini, artichoke hearts,
Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts tossed in
a basil pesto dressing.

Roasted Roma Tomato
Penne pasta with roasted Roma tomato,
Feta cheese, and fresh basil tossed in a
garlic olive oil.

Shrimp and Dill
Small shell pasta with shrimp, cucumber,
green onion, celery, green bell pepper, and
capers tossed in a mayo dill dressing.

Cobb Salad
Raditore pasta with savory chicken,
avocado, bacon, tomato, and garlic tossed
in oil and vinegar dressing.

Entrée salads are served in large bowls and accompanied with a basket
of hard rolls and our fresh baked Focaccia bread.

A generously sized sandwich on a light deli
wheat bread dressed with fresh green leaf
lettuce, mayonnaise, and our own deli style

Original Potato Chips and a pickle. Nicely
presented in a decorative, tissue lined box.
